My experience at New Eagles Aqua Park Resort was marred by poor service and misleading pricing. I experienced significant issues with the dinner pricing, which was advertised at $5, but when I arrived, I was charged 200 LE instead. The staff was unhelpful when I requested to check out later after my dolphin tour, demanding a $20 fee despite my overall low cost for the night. Wi-Fi services were inadequate in the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected.

eagles aqua park was unbelievable! the sandy beach gradually enters the water, perfect for kids and adults. we loved discovering the awesome reefs while snorkeling. the food was always delicious, with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. the mini zoo and playground kept our child entertained for hours. amazing staff made our stay memorable!

Clean room, comfortable location, with a fantastic breakfast that included gluten-free options to accommodate my dietary needs, and a short distance of just 4 km to the nearest airport for convenience.

A memorable experience highlighted by dedicated staff who truly went above and beyond, especially the manager who organized a private dinner for our group that became the highlight of our stay. The all-inclusive meals featured delicious Dutch products which were consistently top-notch, making every meal enjoyable. the pool temperature was a bit chilly for our liking, and some areas felt crowded during peak times, making it difficult to find sun loungers. While the beach ambiance was nice, the accessibility could improve.

The staff were amazing! ! So helpful, especially the restaurant crew who brought us everything we asked for with smiles. My kids loved the mini zoo and the playground – it was a blast for the whole family!

Super chill vibes and views!
We had a fab time there! The staff were super friendly, especially Mahmoud in the restaurant who made every meal special. The pool was great, although it got a bit chilly at times. The snack bar by the pool was a nice touch for quick bites between swims. Just a little hard to find beach chairs sometimes.
